Royal Mail Update December 2022

All Royal Mail deliveries are taking several weeks to arrive due to strike action.  I have added Royal Mail alternative delivery options for UK deliveries using APC, which are currently arriving much faster.  I am subsidising these rates for you - I appreciate how frustrating this is. 

My Free Shipping rates use Royal Mail.

Please take this into account when you select your preferred delivery option. 

I recommend not using Royal Mail while there is such a large backlog to clear.

The shipping rate will be calculated automatically based on the parcel weight, and your location.  In the event that you cannot find your destination country, please contact us at info@therosetree.co.uk and we will sort that out!

On average, UK orders with standard shipping will be delivered in 5 working days. 

UK orders sent with Express shipping will be delivered in 1-2 working days.  

Orders to worldwide destinations take 10-14 working days.  

In the event that you have not received your order please let us know so we can look into that for you.

Please note that any customs charges levied on international deliveries are your responsibility.

Postage/shipping will be added during the checkout process.  

Is your Order a Present?

If you let us know, that your order is a present, we will be happy to include a personalised message from you.  Let us know using the 'tell us about any special instructions' box on the check out page next to the check out button.

Payment

We accept payment by credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or using a Paypal account.

Customer Accounts

Customers have the option to check out as a guest where no address information is saved, or using a customer account.  The option to create a customer account is presented during the checkout process.  We don't save any payment card details.
