If it's not quite right, you can simply return your parcel within 30 days of receipt, with any seals intact for a full refund.

Please use a tracked/insured returns service of your choice. I cannot be responsible for returned parcels that do not arrive.
In the event of a damaged parcel, I will always offer a replacement or refund. I take great care to deliver your goodies in perfect condition, but sometimes things do go wrong and bottles get damaged/broken.
It is possible to have an allergic reaction to essential oils and natural ingredients, and where you have sensitive skin, a patch test is always a good idea.
If this happens to you, please get in touch. If only a small amount of the product has been used, I will offer you a refund or will find you an alternative product that suits you better.
