Despatching your Order
We aim to despatch your lovely products super-quick within 2/3 working days. As everything is made by hand, there may be occasional circumstances where this takes longer. In that event, we will always contact you so you know.
We are able to ship to the UK, Europe and many Worldwide destinations.
We are currently offering FREE regular postage on UK orders.
For faster delivery, we offer an Express service at a cost of £3.50 using Royal Mail First Class.

The shipping rate will be calculated automatically based on the parcel weight, and your location. In the event that you cannot find your destination country, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort that out!
On average, UK orders with standard shipping will be delivered in 5 working days.
UK orders sent with Express shipping will be delivered in 1-2 working days.
Orders to Europe are usually delivered in 5-10 working days.
Orders to worldwide destinations take 10-14 working days.
In the event that you have not received your order please let us know so we can look into that for you.
Please note that any customs charges levied on international deliveries are your responsibility.
Postage/shipping will be added during the checkout process.
Is your Order a Present?
If you let us know, that your order is a present, we will be happy to include a personalised message from you. Let us know using the 'tell us about any special instructions' box on the check out page next to the check out button.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or using a Paypal account.
Customers have the option to check out as a guest where no address information is saved, or using a customer account. The option to create a customer account is presented during the checkout process. We don't save any payment card details.

If you're not happy for whatever reason, you can simply return it within 7 days of receipt, with any seals intact for a full refund (less any shipping costs). To return an item, please contact us for a returns number.
In the event of a damaged parcel, we will always offer a replacement or refund. We take great care to deliver your goodies in perfect condition, but sometimes things do go wrong and bottles get damaged/broken.
It is possible to have an allergic reaction to essential oils and natural ingredients, and where you have sensitive skin, a patch test is always a good idea.
If this happens to you, please get in touch. If only a small amount of the product has been used, we will offer you a refund or a will find you an alternative product that suits you better.
