  1. This competition is sponsored by The Rose Tree (The Sponsor).  
  2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or You Tube. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to The Rose Tree.
  3. By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects.
  4. No purchase is needed to enter, nor to win.
  5. The giveaway closes at midnight UK time, June 23rd 2023.
  6. Entrants must be over 18 years, and in the UK.
  7. All eligible entries received will be gathered at the end of the Submission Period. 2 winners will be chosen at random.
  8. The winners will receive an email within 48 hours of the competition end date. The winners will also be announced on our social media platforms.  If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within fourteen (14) days, using the email provided, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.
  9. The winner will receive 2 x Pampering Minis & a Pomegranate & Rose Mask. A code will be sent to the winner.  
  10. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Giveaway Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize.
