COVID-19 Update - A Message from Olga

 

 

I know the world has gone a bit mad and that's why I want to tell you what I am doing to support you and get your orders out to you.

I'm not going to say more about the coronavirus - because I've no doubt you've seen nothing else over the last few days, and because there are people far better qualified to talk.

I am trying to stay focussed to ensure I have stock made up for you, and getting your orders out.

Hand Soap Availability

For everyone that has messaged me, I do have a small amount of soap available at the moment, and I have more curing, but the bars take a minimum of 6 weeks to cure, so when this batch runs out there will be a gap before I have new stock on the store.

Open for Business

I do have orders going out which will continue while it is safe to do so, but please bear with me if it takes a few more days than usual to get your order.

Currently all stock orders are being sent out within a couple of days of receipt.

International Customers

For my international customers, we are seeing delays with shipments as many routes are closed or have limited access.

UK Customers

For UK customers, Royal Mail are experiencing delays with delivering parcels, and these may take up to 14 days to arrive.

If you've got a specific query regarding shipping destination to your or with your order, ping me a note and I will do what I can for you.

Most importantly of all, I will be showing up on my page with my best well being tips to support your sanity and self care.

There's never been a more important time to look after yourself and your family.
